Request access, correction or deletion
Snapmygym provides account controls and a contact route for privacy requests. You do not need to buy a subscription to make a request.
In the app
Use Settings → Account → Delete account to request permanent account deletion. This is not a temporary deactivation or a 30-day recovery period. Export anything you wish to keep first. Cancel Apple subscriptions separately in Apple settings; deleting an app account does not cancel Apple's billing agreement.
If you cannot sign in
Email privacy@snapmygym.com and say whether you want access/export, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal, or information about recipients of your data. Use your account email when possible. We may request proportionate proof of account ownership, but never your password or full payment-card number. Do not attach health records to the initial request.
What deletion means
The deletion process first confirms direct web subscription cancellation and cleans up inventoried linked uploads, then removes the account and associated application records. If billing, file cleanup or database cleanup fails, we retain the account and report an error so you can retry or contact support. A failed attempt may already have cancelled billing or removed some files. There is no automatic background retry. Connected-provider revocation is attempted but can require follow-up. Records that must be kept for legal, tax or security purposes, and copies in provider backups, may have separate retention requirements. Contact us about incomplete deletion; do not assume every independent provider account is deleted.
Other rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to restrict or object to processing, portability, appeal a decision, or complain to a privacy regulator. Mandatory deadlines and rights under applicable law remain in effect.
